Pilsen - the great Synagogue
The third largest synagogue in the world, built in the Moresque-Romanesque style in 1890-1892. The building survived the German occupation during World War II and has recently been renovated. The synagogue is open for visitors and it is also regularly used as a concert or exhibition hall.
